Don’t worry – you’re not stuck!

I don’t have any contract for you to sign, just a 30-day cancellation policy.  If at any time you feel that you no longer need my services, you will simply let me know 30 days in advance, and we will part as friends.

The 30-day cancellation gives me time to make sure your books are in the best shape possible before we part ways.

Your bookkeeping software subscription fee will be included in my price. 

This benefits you by not having an extra expense to pay every month. One less thing to keep track of!

I prefer and recommend Xero, but I am open to your preferences and business needs.

We want to streamline wherever possible. 

I don’t want to waste your precious time by asking you to find bills for me. With HubDoc, your bills can be sent directly to me. No more digging through your inbox to find your most recent electrical bill or cell phone statement.

I’m all about using technology to keep you focused on your business instead of searching for a missing bill!

Do you get tired of remembering to pay your bills? 

I can manage that for you.  I will set everything up (payee, amount, date to send payment, etc) and you would authorize all of the payments for that period. Maybe once a week or twice a month (whatever would work best and not take too much of your time).  Then once the payments have been signed off on by you, I would pay them.

This way of doing things keeps you in-the-know about how much you’re spending, it keeps me above reproach when it comes to managing your money, and it still frees you from having to spend your time setting it all up and organizing it.

Are you taking full advantage of the tax deductions you can claim? 

I’ll help you track them and double-check your transactions to make sure we aren’t missing any.

Mileage, meals, business expenses, and more – they all add up at the end of the year!

This is an important part of any of the bookkeeping services I offer. 

I want to be accessible to you, and I think a quick e-mail is often the easiest way to ask a question. Do you have a question? Have a transaction you want me to double check? Need to change a future call/meeting? Sending an e-mail takes a minute of your time, and you can look back later for details if you need to.

Even though e-mails are great, sometimes a little “face-to-face” is helpful. 

I will set up a monthly or quarterly call with you, hopefully through some kind of video media, to talk about your business. This way, I will get to know you and the heart of your business better, and you will also get to know me and the way I operate.

My goal is that these monthly calls would be encouraging for you, and help you better understand how to direct your business through understanding your finances.

Having a budget can give you clarity, direction, and help you plan for the future.  Even if your business isn’t very complicated, a budget still acts as a road map to help get to your goals.

Your budget might have four categories or twenty – either way, I can help you set one up and track your progress.

Have you ever sent out an invoice, then forgotten that they owed you money? 

It’s so easy to do!  I can help you get all of the hard-earned money that you are owed by sending and tracking your invoices.

We would set up a streamlined system where I could access the information needed to make an invoice. Then  I would make an invoice, get your OK, and send it out. Then I would track it and make sure it is paid in full and on time.

These invoices could be included on the list of bills that you’re signing off on.  This keeps you in the loop and provides accountability as I manage your money.
